A Miracle

For those of you who have felt the passing of Sally Watty's mom heavily, never fear, a miracle has occured! She has been resurrected! And not only that, she's pregnant to boot. I questioned and quizzed Abby about this and told her that people don't get resurrected that quickly, but trying to argue this abstract, spiritual concept with a four year old and her imagination is really futile. So let it be: miracles can happen in an imaginary world. Stay tuned...

A Tragedy

It is with much sorrow, but not too much surprise to announce that over the holidays Sally Watty's mom worked herself to death by sewing too much. She just sewed and sewed until she was so tired, she went outside and laid down on the ground and died. And just to make sure she was dead, somebody told the police to stab her. (I'm not making this stuff up.) Fortunately she still has a dad, but Abby will now be Sally Watty's mother. But since Sally Watty's mom used to make Abby clean for hours on end, I don't think Abby will miss her much. So Sally Watty got to join us for a lot of the holiday festivities, which I'm sure kept her mind off her mother's awful departure from this life. But I gotta say, her mom seemed to always be ill or injured, so maybe it's better this way.
